COVID-19 Delivery Update
Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are experiencing some delays in processing and shipping times. We are working hard to keep these delays to an absolute minimum, however please allow us an additional 72 hours in which to process your order through to despatch.
UK Delivery Charges
Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.95 on all orders under £50
Get FREE delivery on all online orders over £50 for UK addresses. We reserve the right to change this at any time.
We only use Royal Mail Parcelforce, DPD or FedEx for all of our online orders, once dispatched your order will be delivered during the next two working days. Please note this can be 3-5 working days for customers who live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Isle etc.
What happens after I've placed my order?
Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking updates as soon as your order in on it's way to you.
We’ll deliver to your home or work address, whatever’s easiest for you. However we can only currently deliver to valid street addresses and cannot currently deliver to P.O. boxes.
What happens once my order has been dispatched?
Harvey's Petstore will email you once your order has been dispatched & collected by our courier. You will then receive a further email and/or text message from us once your order has been tracked in to your local DPD/FedEx, RMPF depot.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
COVID UPDATE - Currently drivers are not taking signatures for items, however they will only leave the item with you once you have given them your name. They will leave the item on your doorstep with you and will photograph the item as proof of delivery. Please remember that deliveries will need to be signed for, unless you have advised otherwise when opting for your parcel to be left in a safe place. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are home or are able to collect the item from the courier’s depot if they were unable to reach you at home
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The Courier will leave a ‘Sorry We Missed You’ card, they will also let you know via email and/or text message straight away so you can rearrange your delivery where ever you are so you don’t have to wait until you get home.
